USAID’s Wildlife Crime Tech Challenge

An initiative of USAID in partnership with National Geographic, Smithsonian, and TRAFFIC, the Wildlife Crime Tech Challenge is a global challenge competition that will award prizes of up to $500,000 for innovative science and technology solutions to wildlife trafficking, and accelerate them to scale.

Integra is the prime contractor implementing the Wildlife Crime Tech Challenge on behalf of USAID. Along with subcontractors PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Sonjara, Inc., we have designed the competition structure and communications plan, overseen implementation of these, and set up a diverse program of acceleration and scaling support for winners. This will include facilitating co-innovation, creating and managing global networks of business development service providers, providing promotional and marketing support, and linking winners with potential customers and funders.
