Integra LLC Awarded IDIQ Contract for USAID’s REPLACE

Integra LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for USAID’s Restoring the Environment through Prosperity, Livelihoods and Conserving Ecosystems (REPLACE). This five-year, multi-award contract with an overall ceiling price of $700,000,000 will provide technical services to USAID Missions and operating units to improve the sustainable, long-term management of natural resources. To meet the wide range of services anticipated under REPLACE Integra has assembled a team of world-class partners, including CARANA Corporation, Colorado State University, Conservation Biology Institute, Conservation International,  Environmental Law Institute, Management Systems International, and The QED Group. Together we look forward to serving USAID in this project.

Under the REPLACE IDIQ, Integra will support USAID and partner countries to address challenges to sustainable natural resource management, promote nature-based economic growth, and strengthen natural resource governance. Our technical assistance will bring innovative approaches that scale up sustainable impacts across landscapes. Our work will focus on biodiversity conservation, sustainable forestry, climate change mitigation and adaptation, sustainable tourism, the development of environmental enterprises and resource rights, among others. Through these efforts, Integra will help USAID and its partners to improve the management of natural resources and mitigate the effects of climate change.
