GenDev White House Initiative Portfolio Performance Evaluation

In September 2019 the Integra LEAP III team received a $1.5 million commitment from USAID/E3’s Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment (GenDev) Office to conduct a performance portfolio evaluation of the Women’s Global Development and Prosperity Initiative. Integra first assisted in the design of the Portfolio Performance Evaluation (PPE) itself. Initial steps in this work included the team conducting a brainstorming session with members of the W-GDP working group and USAID to identify the learning needs of the evaluation and select the initiatives to be included in the PPE. Integra also recruited various members of the evaluation team, provided feedback to the draft evaluation questions, and commented on the draft SOW for the PPE. Moving forward, the team will submit a draft and final evaluation design report.
